There was some sort of cheese with rosemary or sage on it in the fridge and I guess there was a sausage too, and I used three eggs and it got really red from the grease which looked weird but I got distracted halfway through and almost didn't flip it in time? But that made it JUST RIGHT. I guess every other time I've flipped it, it wasn't done enough and it just all fell apart and looked kind of like I forgot to finish scrambling eggs.
